Through conversations with our customers we quickly realized the need for a more
specialized form of service. Our reputation for service excellence makes our property
manager customers feel comfortable recommending Foust Services Company, L.L.C. to their
small office, professional service tenants.
Professional service environments, (small office) typically 10-100 people needed a
provider of high quality, dedicated office refreshment services apart from the refreshment
services provided to the entire building. However, in the past our industry was not
structured to provide high quality service to the small ~ 100 people office environment.
Working in conjunction with a northern Delaware University school of Business and Economics,
we developed a simple, cost effective program designed specifically to provide much needed
services in a high quality manner to the small office environment.
A key component of this program is our highly cost effective, Tiered Subscription Program.
While other companies offer a blur of different programs, our research shows that customer’s
want simple and cost effective service.
Out of our exhaustive research comes four balanced, cost effective, trouble free offerings.
These four were developed through careful consideration and can be maintained with little or
